When designed correctly, training programs should address business goals and learning objectives. Designing effective training entails the identification of learning needs, the logical sequencing of topics, and the addition of meaningful workshops that will interest the learner and help him master the topic at hand.

To design and deliver training programs, Maden Technologies uses a framework with a comprehensive set of methods. We ensure that all programs include the following critical aspects:

  • Goal/task analysis—identifies what needs to be learned
  • Performance objectives—exact specification of the outcomes to be accomplished and how they are to be evaluated (criterion)
  • Criterion-referenced testing—evaluation of learning in terms of the knowledge and skills specified in the objectives
  • Development of learning modules tied to specific objectives

Project Experience

Through testing, evaluation, and documentation, we ensured that the products and services developed by the U.S. Army supported the objectives of both the DoD and the Army. Our team was also responsible for the ongoing evaluation and support of RIM's Blackberry for secure wireless messaging.
