Designing and developing a training and education program requires an organized process of evaluating needs, creating the right deployment strategy, and developing performance-based training materials. We use a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to assess customer needs and requirements. We create course templates with consistent, professional online user interfaces, manuals, and presentation files, and tailor them based on client reviews. This process is repeated until the customer is completely satisfied and the course is approved.
To maximize cost effectiveness, we also develop courseware customized to specific job functions. A key strategy is to capitalize on content reusability, inoperability, and accessibility. By using module designs, rapid prototyping, and heavy customer involvement, we can produce quality courseware quickly.

For DARPA SID, we developed and delivered lecture, web-based, and poster-centric educational programs for cyber security, physical security, and anti-terrorism/force protection.
For U.S. Army ATEC, we developed and presented training on commercial and government software for 3,000 employees. The training was delivered via job aids, lectures, and distance learning.
