Measurements of student success are identified through performance-based and knowledge-based evaluations. Maden Technologies can create a pre-skills assessment to ensure students enter our training program at the appropriate level. Our post-skills assessment determines each student's level of comprehension and success of the training program.

Maden Technologies implements the most commonly used assessment approach- the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Criteria. Levels One through Three of this approach are easily assessed, while Level Four requires significant time and repeated interviews.
