Maden Technologies is experienced in a variety of training and e-learning methods. Each method brings its own advantages, depending on the desired outcome of the performance-based training program.

• Online Training—includes web-based training (WBT), Webinars, and
  computer-based training (CBT). Combines the best of technology and instructor-led training. Allows training of large numbers of students at one time. Extremely cost effective when travel is otherwise necessary.
• Instructor-Led Training (ILT)—the traditional classroom training method. Very effective due to real-time interaction, information sharing, and immediate, direct responses to questions. Can be conducted at our facility or yours.
• Self-Paced Training—the most flexible training method, this uses CBT, WBT, or self-paced manuals. Students can learn at their own pace, training can take place anytime, anywhere, and the same program can accommodate different training needs.
• One-to-One—a preferred method of many students, similar to a mentoring process. Trainer and student work on a one-to-one basis, fostering an encouraging learning environment to promote success. An entirely customizable approach to training, adaptable in content and to the student's preferred learning style.
• Train the Trainer (T3)—a program to improve the design and delivery of your training programs. Elements include written skills testing, course management, principles of learning, and supervised deliveries.

Maden Technologies' successful high-quality, cost-saving training support for the U.S. Army Information Assurance Programs CAC/PKI Division includes:

We successfully completed this training in only 18 days, compared to the 11-month timeframe required by the traditional classroom method. Our Webinar solution required no travel and minimal administrative costs, yet delivered high-quality training at a fraction of the time and cost.
