Project Experience

As the Program Manager and IT team supporting the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command's (ATEC's) operational and demonstration tests worldwide, our success included:

• Converting the enterprise from mini-mainframe/client architecture to a heterogeneous architecture of UNIX and PC-based networks
• Delivering 99.9 percent network availability to support the client's administrative, operational, and analytical missions
• Testing combat systems and combat support systems
• Life cycle software support for 12 test and evaluation applications
• Developing data entry/data quality web applications that saved $3M on first use
• Testing, acquiring, supplying, and installing IT for 12 fixed and temporary test sites
• Migration from Novell to Microsoft
• Managing records, printing, publications, and audiovisual support for U.S. Army ATEC, AEC, and OTC

 

We also performed T&E for the U.S. Army CAC/PKI and U.S. Air Force GTACS programs, including:

• Interoperability testing
• System Under Test (SUT) performance analysis
• Reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis
• Data collection/extraction, reduction, authentication, and analysis
• Certification and accreditation support
• Root cause/failure analysis
