DMS is headquartered in Washington, DC with manufacturing facilities in Portsmouth, VA, Chesapeake, VA, and Huntsville, AL. Through the 2005 merger of the three firms, DMS became a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, 8(a), and Small Disadvantaged Business. DMS’s primary mission is to provide turnkey manufacturing, complex assembly, industrial supplies, supply chain management, and telecommunication services to the Government and commercial industry. DMS offers innovative manufacturing and supply solutions to Federal, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and other public and private enterprises. Our primary focus is in support of Department of Defense (DoD) manufacturing requirements utilizing FAR 19.1406—sole source awards to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, with funding and priorities established by Presidential Order 13360.
