Maden Technologies' event planning experience includes conference and exhibit support. The process of planning an event requires much coordination, and several areas go hand-in-hand with marketing communications support. Maden Technologies is experienced in the following:

• Selecting and reserving the site
• Budgeting
• Coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities)
• Arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security
• Coordinating catering
• Creating and managing signage
• Registration support
• Creating and printing conference materials
• Arranging for speakers and alternate speakers
• Coordinating transportation

For the DoD Mentor-Protege program, we conducted all aspects of conference and event planning. This included site research and selection, creating and publishing conference materials, handling pre-show and onsite registration, and all areas of onsite support.
