About ITS-SB
The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), in accordance with the US Army Small Computer Program (ASCP), has a requirement for Small Businesses to fulfill information technology support services.
ITEC4-W is an Army Contracting Agency (ACA) contracting center. ITEC4-W and its headquarters (ITEC4) are the two ACA centers for enterprise-wide buying of common use information technology and commercial equipment for the Army.
ITEC4-W serves as business advisor for the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) commander and is the primary supporting contracting office for NETCOM mission contracting. It also serves as business advisor for the Fort Huachuca Garrison Commander and provides contracting services for the Fort, including contracting for its operations and maintenance, i.e., logistics and construction support and support for its day-to-day operations.
The purpose of this acquisition is to support the Army's Enterprise Infrastructure and Infostructure goals with information technology services at a reasonable price, consistent with DoD and Department of Army policies on standardization and interoperability. The government intends to conduct this acquisition under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.
