Maden Technologies’ award-winning iPMO methodology is our management process to integrate our Program Management Team, functional task leaders, and clients into a cohesive unit. The iPMO, along with our Portal Solution, helps in the joint planning, management, and control all aspects of a work program. Our iPMO methodology was instrumental in helping a major client win the Federal Agency Contractor of the Year Award four years running. Maden Technologies was also selected as 2005’s Contractor of the Year for the same program by delivering key program capabilities on time, on budget, and with outstanding success.  

Our iPMO delivers the following array of fully integrated support services:

• Program Management
• Scientific and Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) Support
• Outreach Program Development.  A full-service, scalable program that includes national conferences, audio/visual program promotion, community outreach, press releases, and printed materials. Since 1991, we have established an effective outreach program of training, information dissemination, and briefings to educate the technology target audience about programs and benefits nationwide.
• Program Development. The coordination and promulgation of program legal framework for agreements between mentors and protégés. Also includes developing policies and procedures for program management and administration, and designing and implementing the program framework.
• Training Services. A full spectrum of scalable, state-of-the-art services. Our program has delivered training services to approximately 100,000 persons per year worldwide. These services include: maintaining an electronic library of all program documentation, and a train-the trainer program for the implementation of enterprise architecture for best practices and emerging technology solutions. 
• Policy and Guidelines Support. This includes subject matter expertise in program and technical analysis; product testing and deployment; resource and budget management; studies and analytical staff support; and policy review and development. It also delivers clear knowledge and understanding of regulations and standards.
