Maden Technologies' classified Video Teleconferencing Center (VTC) is the third component of our systems engineering and integration methodology. Video teleconferencing expands the remote collaboration among key project stakeholders: clients; clients' technical staff; clients' customers (users); and our staff. This achieves concurrence during the testing and acceptance phases of system development.

A key benefit of our methodology is the ability to conference a multiple demonstration, RAD/JAD session to expedite the development cycle. Our experience has shown a one-third reduction in full life cycle development and a two-fold increase in the rate of user system acceptance.

Our VTC also allows collaboration between geographically-dispersed stakeholders. It can simultaneously transmit split-screen images of a session and live PC screen sessions.
