BPA
This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is applicable to GSA Federal
Supply contract number GS-35F-4955G (see Maden Technologies' GSA IT Schedule 70). All orders placed against this BPA are subject
to the terms and conditions of the schedule contract.
The BPA is effective for the duration of the GSA Schedule, which
currently expires September 29, 2007. The contract contains optional
periods that allow the contract to be extended through September
29, 2017.
The GSA Schedule prices will be discounted a minimum of one percent
(1%) for orders up to $5 million and a minimum of two percent (2%)
for orders above $5 million.
The contract is available for use by all federal agencies worldwide.
