NexGen - GWAC
This US Department of Commerce GWAC allows Maden Technologies the
right to compete for orders under the Commerce Information Technology
Solutions Next Generation contract which was set-aside for small
businesses.
Services
All orders placed against the COMMITS NexGen contract are for Information
Technology Solutions and Services. The scope of these solutions
and services includes requirements for: Wired Telecommunications
Carriers; Paging; Cellular and Other Wireless Telecommunications;
Internet Publishing and Broadcasting; Internet Service Providers;
Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services; Custom Computer Programming;
Computer Systems Design Services; Computer Facilities Management
Services; Other Computer Related Services; Satellite Communications;
Cable and Other Program Distribution; Web Search Portals; Libraries
and Archives; All Other Information Services, Professional, Scientific
and Technical Services. These services, hardware, software and facilities
may be combined in IT solutions. Maden Technologies is one of 24
Tier II contractors selected to compete for orders of $5 million
or more.
Contract Types
This multiple award IDIQ contract provides for Firm Fixed Price
(FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Price (CPFF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF),
Time and Materials (T&M), Fixed Price Award Fee (FPAF) and Firm
Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFP LOE) type task orders with options
in task order awards.
Period
We are currently in option year one with eight additional option years.
Users
This contract is available for use by US Department of Commerce
and other federal agencies.
