






Omar Maden
Chief Executive Officer
As founder and CEO of Maden Technologies, Omar Maden oversees all aspects of the company's operations.
In 1966, Omar was drafted into the United States Army. During his 20 years of service, he served combat duty in Vietnam and received several combat awards, including the Purple Heart. He served as Deputy Director of the Tactical Air Control Systems/Tactical Air Defense Systems, Joint Interface Task Force—a joint research and development program aimed at standardizing command and control systems for the military. Omar also spent four years at the Pentagon and served as the United States delegate to the NATO Allied Data Systems Interoperability Agency in Brussels, Belgium. In 1986, he retired from active military service and founded Maden Technologies.
Omar graduated magna cum laude from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri, where he majored in Economics, Political Science, and Spanish. His graduate studies include Political Science at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Information Systems Management at the University of Southern California.
Omar is a recipient of the Northern Virginia Urban League's Special Community Service Award (1998), the Northern Virginia Urban League's Corporate Award for Excellence (1995), and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (1994) from the Washington, D.C., Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. He has been featured in articles appearing in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Park University Alumniad.
Away from the office, Omar is an avid golfer who enjoys traveling, collecting art, and listening to jazz.

Tommy Osborne
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Tommy Osborne leads the evaluation of emerging information technologies, product development and quality assurance. As VP of IT Solutions, he manages the delivery of standards-compliant, high-reliability IT services and solutions to Federal and commercial clients and to corporate users.
Tommy's U.S. Army career included assignment as Army Materiel Command CIO. He served on the Joint Staff, Headquarters Department of the Army Staff, and commanded Signal units through the brigade level.
Tommy has a Bachelor and Master Degree of Science in Chemistry from Prairie View A&M University, a certificate in information technology from the University of Virginia, and held fellowships at the National War College and Harvard's Center for International Affairs. He is ITIL® certified, has managed multiple IT programs, and is a leader in information, futurist, and military professional societies.

Bruce Williams
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Bruce Williams works to build highly motivated, self-sustaining teams within Maden Technologies’ corporate structure and forge strategic alliances both across operating divisions and with outside parties to deliver “win-win” results. Bruce brings to Maden Technologies’ executive management team his insight, organizational capabilities, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and over 25 years’ experience in building and leading top-performing organizations. His experience and expertise ranges from start-up business units to multibillion-dollar global operations, with a consistent focus on delivering high-tech solutions and services.
Bruce comes to Maden Technologies after a long and highly successful career at IBM, culminating in his role as Vice President of Information Technology Services for IBM Global Business Services. In this position he developed an integrated technology services portfolio for the Federal Government and included IT counseling, network connectivity, infrastructure and systems management, technical support, IT education, hardware support services, and business continuity recovery services. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree, both from Howard University. In his spare time, he sits on the Board of Directors for the Central Maryland Red Cross and is an advisor to the Maryland Special Olympics.

Lisa Tran
Controller
As Controller, Lisa Tran, CPA, supports the financial analysis of operations to maintain profitability and ensure organizational compliance with Government regulations. Lisa has more than 23 years’ experience in Government contracting, accounting information systems, financial management and analysis, cost proposal development, financial reporting and analysis, general accounting trends, software conversion, and Deltek systems.
In her accounting practice Lisa has worked in numerous positions, including Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Her extensive experience includes working at Government contracting, software engineering, and urban development firms. She is skilled in managing account functions for multiple clients, serving in a supervisory position, preparing necessary reports and statements, and handling Accounts Payables, contract billings, indirect rates, contract revenue calculations, and cost accumulations. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland, College Park.

Joi Grieg
Director of Science and Technology
As Director of Science and Technology, Joi Grieg has business development and performance responsibility for selected accounts with a focus on intelligence. She joined Maden Technologies after a brief stint as an Enterprise Account Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Joi was with IBM for more than 30 years and spent the last few years there as the Deputy CTO for Technology Solutions within the Integrated U.S. Federal Account team. Prior to that, she was responsible for hardware and software development, global technical talent, business development, services oversight, and marketing programs.
Joi is an IAC Fellow, a certified Project Management Professional®, and active in many associations, including AFCEA, AFFIRM, AIIM, EWG, IAC, TechAmerica, WID, and WIIG. She is currently pursuing another graduate certificate in Intelligence Studies at AMU after achieving the Federal CIO Certificate, a GSA-approved graduate certificate at UMUC; an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley; and an undergraduate degree in International Management from San Francisco State University.

Elizabeth Jackson
Associate Director, Human Resources
Elizabeth Jackson started with Maden Technologies in 2007 as an HR Generalist with a concentration in benefits administration. She has maintained the company’s competitive edge in compensation and currently focuses on developing forward-edge human resources programs that offer the vision, leadership, and efficient operations to meet current and future business needs. Elizabeth received her Bachelor Degree in psychology from University of Maryland, College Park, and has an MBA in human resources management from University of Phoenix. She has more than seven years of HR experience, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Brock Bunney
Contracts Manager
As Contracts Manager, Brock Bunney oversees the company's contract administration and compliance and ensures our contract administration processes and procedures are effective and efficient. Brock brings more than seven years of experience in the contracts field, spanning from large Government contractors and research firms to not-for-profit organizations. His experience with Federal contract and subcontract administration includes writing, pricing, negotiating price and terms and conditions on FP, FUP, CPFF, Cost-Reimbursement, T&M, IDIQ, BPA and GSA Schedule contracts (MOBIS and IT). Brock has worked as a contracts specialist, manager, and administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University.
